No. The model runs on the iPhone itself, so no PLC access, gateway or industrial PC is required. OPC-UA and 24V output are only added when closed-loop sorting or line stops are needed.

How much training data does the AI need per defect class?

Product recognition starts from two photos. Defect classification needs a handful of flagged good and bad examples, and accuracy improves as more units pass the camera during normal production.
