RingBooker captures booking intent, preferred timing, and service details during the call, then either syncs directly with Square Appointments, Mindbody, or Acuity Scheduling, or sends your team a structured summary with next steps so staff can confirm in your existing booking workflow. It is a phone coverage layer, not a calendar replacement.

If a caller's request falls outside RingBooker's configured scope, it makes a second attempt to capture context before gracefully offering a callback option. On Professional and Custom plans, it can also initiate a live owner transfer with full caller context pre-loaded, so your team never starts from scratch.

Yes. RingBooker supports five languages — English, Vietnamese, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese — and can be configured for bilingual call flows on Professional and Custom plans. Call summaries and booking intent are delivered to your team in a readable format regardless of the language the caller used.

RingBooker is designed for selective activation. You control exactly which call scenarios it handles — after-hours only, overflow when the line is busy, or both. Your staff continue answering calls normally during business hours, and RingBooker only activates based on your configured forwarding rules.

On the Professional plan, RingBooker identifies repeat callers by phone number, surfaces their previous booking preferences, preferred provider or stylist, and prior service history context. This means callers are not asked to repeat information they've already provided, and your team receives richer intent summaries.
