Unstable Diffusion provides four distinct models: Merlin handles general art styles and topics, Echo specializes in photorealistic imagery with enhanced depth of field and texture accuracy, Izanagi focuses on anime and manga aesthetics, and Pan creates anthropomorphic characters in anime style. Each model is trained on specific datasets to excel in its domain while maintaining overlap for versatility.

The platform operates on a two-tier credit system with Slow Credits that refresh daily for relaxed-speed generation, and Fast Credits obtained through subscriptions for turbo-speed processing. Each image requires one credit, so generating four images simultaneously consumes four credits. Free users receive 52 daily slow credits, while paid plans offer expanded fast credits monthly.

Commercial rights are exclusively granted to Premium and Pro tier subscribers. Free and Basic plan users cannot legally use generated images for commercial purposes. Premium subscribers receive full commercial licensing for all images created under their account, making it suitable for professional projects and monetization.

Advanced settings include five sampler options (Diverse Composition, Dynamic Contrast, Complementary Composition, Color Guidance, and Dual Color Guidance), adjustable sampler strength controls, high frequency detail sliders for texture enhancement, and saturation adjustments. Users can also input negative prompts with weighted parameters to exclude unwanted elements from generations.

The platform enforces strict prohibition against celebrity deepfakes and any content depicting individuals appearing 18 or younger. All generated images undergo human moderation review. While adult content featuring fictional characters is permitted, the platform maintains legal compliance and ethical boundaries, refusing to generate or serve content violating their usage policy.
